We are using a site hosted by Hubbub, so its parent company Sponsorcraft Ltd. will hold your data and provide some services. It (Sponsorcraft Ltd.) is therefore acting as the data processor. As such, you should also refer to Hubbub’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. This notice sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us or on our behalf.

Information you give us

You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site (the Site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use the Site, participate in discussions on the Site, use the Site's social media functions or pledge sponsorship monies to a Project. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address, PayPal email address, location, pledge information personal description and photograph or avatar. If you wish to alter or remove any of the information you have given us, please log into your account and update your profile, as appropriate.

Your financial information.

PayPal processes all of the transactions on the Site and PayPal are the only people who see your credit card information. PayPal’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy terms and we refer you to PayPal’s website at Neither Barts Health NHS Trust, The Royal London Hospital nor Queen Mary University of London (nor anyone else views or has access to your credit card information.

Where we store your personal data.

Your personal data will be held securely within the EEA by Hubbub on our behalf. We will treat your personal data confidentially and with care and respect. Either or both of us may hold some or all of this personal data
